Laser Printing
With a raft of top of line Xerox Nuvera mono and Versant 2100 digital presses we can produce a huge range of cut sheet transactional and direct mail materials. Using stock as low as 40gsm all the way up to 350gsm on uncoated, silk or gloss we have it covered. We also have inline finishing available for booklet making, multi part statement accumultion, stapling or hole punching.
In addition with over 10 x 50ppm mono HP laserprinters we will always have capacity available. Handling short or long run sheet fed jobs quickly and efficiently. High quality colour variable data printing can also be done call for details.
Inkjet Personalisation
What ever the size or thickness of brochure, letter, card or catalogue we have a machine to fit the job. With 8 machines to choose from, we can inkjet inline or online with or polywrappers, tabbers, seals and envelope enclosures to ensure maximum production speeds.
For non porous stocks we have inline dryers and a range of solvent and die based inks to suit all applications.

More recently we have seen a huge rise in naked / unwrapped mailings and we mail in excess of 4,000,000 unwrapped items per month. With our flexible kit no size or thickness is an issue.
Machine Enclosing
Improving efficiency and effectiveness are the internal goals of any business, which is why we invest heavily in the latest high volume enclosing machinery. Direct Mail Systems can provide volume output to deliver a combination of speed, quality and monetary savings to our clients. With 6 envelope enclosing lines we can enclose upto 8 inserts into a range of envelopes from C6 to C4. A range of support equipment is also available to handle 'difficult' items such as end folds, z folds or novelty items such as CDs.
Poly Wrapping
Our CMC polylines can provide wrapping of plain or printed films. 6 x A4/A3 onserts or upto 11 x A5 onserts can be wrapped. The machines are also fitted with windmill page openers for inserting inside magazines.

Mechanical Tab or wafer seal (1" perforated transparent circular disc) application ideal for a low cost way of sealing one piece mailers. This can be integrated with an inkjet line for low cost personalisation.
Card tipping, product or sample attaching, using a Kirk Rudy 203P machine. Using peelable glue we can attaching CDs, cards or samples to a wide range of literature.
Hand Enclosing
Inevitably not every mail shot can be machined so we have a full-time team of mailroom assistants available to complete the most complicated mailing. Hand enclosure also allows for a greater degree of flexibility, more inserts can be added or creative mailings can be produced.
