Folded & Glued Mail Packs
We have a large range of folding machines and equipment to create a range of glued mail packs and door distribution leaflets.
Historically, glued mail pieces have been an expensive option restricted to large volume runs, however, this isn't always true and you maybe surprised at what can be achieved. Speak to our knowledgable team about what you want to achieve and we'll work with you too find a solution to fit your budget.
Buckle Folders
We also offer buckle folders, a type of paper folding method used in printing and direct mail, using a buckle folding machine. We install these with hot melt glue systems, ideal for creating DL, 4pp and 6pp small format pockets for your one piece mailers.
We also have vacuum tables, equipment for finishing and mailing, allowing us to effectively and efficiently carry out tasks such as collating, inserting, picking, or assembling mail packs, with plow fold and inline hot melt glue.
Paper Wrapping
We can insert up to 5 items into a paper wrapped pack, and is a great way of wrapping catalogues. This is a more creative approach to paper wrapping than the ugly finish a paper wrap machine (converted poly wrap machine) can produce, as the variety of paper and finishes are unlimited. You are also not tied to buying the wrap from the mailing house and we can also add personalisation with our laser printer, inkjet or by digital press.

Royal Mail Wholesale have introduced new rules meaning standard single-ply postcards no longer qualify for economy postage discounts. To remain eligible, postcards must now be produced as 2–3 ply, adding approximately 2p per item to your mailing costs.
Currently, a folded and glued Mailmark mailer, such as a 4pp or 6pp format, is proving a more cost-effective alternative. These mailers continue to qualify for economy discounts while giving you more space for content and a more distinctive, engaging mail pack.
